Delivery coverage
We ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping partner
All orders are shipped through Shiprocket's courier network, which includes Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and India Post.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–5 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time is 5–7 business days from the day you place your order.
Business days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
A small number of remote pin codes are served less frequently by our couriers. If your delivery address is one of them, we will contact you on WhatsApp with a revised date before we dispatch.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹1,000 and above: free shipping
- Orders below ₹1,000: flat ₹49
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. There are no other delivery charges.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details by email and on WhatsApp. You can track the shipment on the courier partner's website using that number.
Cash on delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders, across India, at no extra charge. We may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm a Cash on Delivery order before we dispatch it.
Undelivered or returned shipments
If a shipment comes back to us because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or the courier could not complete delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping is charged at the same rate as the original order.
Returns
Returns, refunds, and damaged or defective items are covered by our Refund Policy.
