Will the enamel chip?

Enamel is a coloured coating over metal, so it can chip if it is knocked against a hard surface, catches on a bag strap, or is worn while washing up. It is durable in normal wear. Take the bracelet off before swimming, exercising or using cleaning products, keep it away from perfume, and store it in a pouch rather than loose against other jewellery. Treated that way the colour holds well.
