Returns are by post only. If you are returning because you changed your mind, you arrange and pay for the return courier; we do not issue prepaid return labels, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we arrange and pay for the return and refund you in full. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
